What does coaching cost in Dubai?
A single 60-minute session is AED 500. A package of five is AED 2,250, which is ten percent off. The first conversation is a complimentary 30-minute chemistry call, and there is no obligation after it. Team and organisational work is quoted per engagement.
What is the difference between life coaching and executive coaching?
The method is much the same; the subject is not. Executive coaching works on how you lead: decisions, pressure, influence, the version of you that shows up in a difficult room. Life coaching works on the shape of your life outside the job title. Most people arrive wanting one and find the two are harder to separate than they expected, which is fine, because the same coach handles both.
What does ICF certified actually mean?
The International Coaching Federation is the main global accrediting body for coaching, a field that is otherwise unregulated and that anyone can claim to practise. Its credentials go ACC, then PCC, then MCC, each requiring more supervised training and more logged client hours. This practice holds two PCCs and one MCC, and Nicoleta additionally holds EMCC Senior Practitioner and accredited Team Coach status.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy works largely with the past and with diagnosis and treatment; coaching works with the present and with what you want to do next, and coaches do not diagnose or treat. The two sit well together and plenty of people do both. If something surfaces in a session that belongs with a therapist, your coach will tell you and can point you to one.
Do sessions happen in person or online?
Both. In person at the studio at Meydan Grandstand in Dubai, or by video anywhere. Clients based outside the UAE work with the practice remotely, and plenty of Dubai clients mix the two depending on the week.
How many sessions do people usually take?
Five to ten is the common shape, spread fortnightly over three to six months. Some arrive with one decision to make and need three. Others stay on a standing session for years. Nothing is locked in: the package of five exists because it is the usual rhythm, not because it is required.
What happens on the first call?
Thirty minutes, free, with no preparation needed. You describe what brought you, the coach asks about what you want to be different, and you both decide whether this is the right fit. It is a real conversation rather than a sales call, and it is entirely normal to end it by deciding not to continue.
Is coaching available in Arabic?
Yes. Sessions run in Arabic or English, and clients often move between the two inside the same hour.
How does kintsugi relate to the coaching?
Kintsugi is the Japanese practice of repairing broken ceramics with gold so the break stays visible instead of being hidden, and it is the idea this practice is built on: what happened to you is not something to disguise. For most coaching clients it stays an idea. For some, the coach brings the physical craft into the work, because repairing something with your hands makes an abstract conversation about failure concrete in a way talking rarely does.
